By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.General Terms
Work in Progress (WIPs): I reserve the right to stream my work process and post WIPs or finished artworks online. If you require the piece to remain private, an NDA fee will apply (see Commercial & Extra Fees).Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission request at any stage under any circumstances.Credit: You must credit my work when posting or using it.Usage Rights: All standard commissions are strictly for personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use the artwork for profit without prior written permission and commercial licensing.Intellectual Property: I retain all rights to my artwork, including the right to use it for self-promotion or future art books.AI & Blockchain Protections: My work may not be used for, included in, or fed into any AI databases, machine learning models, or blockchain-related technologies (including NFTs and cryptocurrency).Payment & Refunds
Currency & Platform: All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed through Paypal via invoice or through the chosen platform.Discounts?
Any Returning Customers will retain a 10% loyalty discount :)Upfront Payment: Full or Partial payment is required upfront. Work will begin only after the agreed price invoice has been paid.Payment Plans: Available exclusively for larger commissions exceeding $500 USD.Chargeback & Unauthorized Payment Policy:By making a payment, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the account or credit card used, and that the transaction is legitimate. Initiating a forced chargeback or PayPal dispute without attempting to contact me first to resolve an issue via the stated Refund Policy will be considered a breach of this agreement.In the event of an unauthorized chargeback or dispute, all usage rights to the artwork are immediately revoked, and the project will be terminated.I reserve the right to publicly blacklist bad-faith buyers, report the account to relevant platform safety databases, and pursue recovery of lost funds and dispute fees.Digital Delivery & Goods Disclaimer:All commissions are strictly digital services and goods. No physical products, prints, or tangible items will be shipped to your address. Deliveries are made digitally via full-resolution download links (e.g., Google Drive or email).Cancellation & Refund Policy:100% Refund: If work has not yet started on your commission.70% Refund: If cancelled during the Sketch stage.50% Refund: If cancelled during the Flats / Flat Lighting stage.Non-refundable: No refunds will be issued once the Rendering stage has begun.Commercial Licenses & Extra Fees
Commercial / Promotional Use (1.5x Base Price): Applies to promotional materials, streaming assets (Twitch, YouTube, etc.), and VTuber branding.Merchandise / Game Art (3.0x Base Price): Applies to physical printed merchandise or commercial video game assets.Private Commission Fee (1.2x Base Price): Keeps your commission entirely under NDA (hidden from streams, social media, and portfolios).Rush Fee (1.5x – 2.0x Base Price): Dependent on deadline constraints. This places your commission at the absolute front of the queue.Commission Process
Application: Clients must fill out the appropriate commission form for their chosen category.Approval & Invoice: Once your request is approved and the quote is accepted, an invoice will be sent to your email.Major Revisions (Sketch Stage): Major adjustments to composition, posing, and layout must be requested and finalized during the rough sketch period.Minor Revisions (Flats Stage): Once the sketch is approved, it will be cleaned and flat colors/lighting will be established. Minor revisions (color tweaks, missed design details) are permitted here. Excessive or major changes past this stage will incur an additional revision fee.Milestone Approval & Final Acceptance:Approving a progress stage (e.g., approving the sketch to move to lineart/flats) confirms satisfaction with that stage. Once the rendering stage has begun or final high-resolution files have been delivered, no refunds (full or partial) will be issued under any circumstances.Delivery: The final, full-resolution artwork or animation files will be delivered via email or google drive link.Waitlist Policy
If commission slots are full, you may request to join the waitlist through contacing no deposit fee is required.Once a slot opens and you are contacted, you have 2 weeks to respond before your spot is forfeited.If you decide to drop out of the waitlist, please notify me via Discord or email.
